Positions
Who are we?
Retail Estates invests in retail properties across Belgium and the Netherlands, managing over 2 billion euros in assets with an annual revenue of 140 million euros. Our team of approximately 50 employees specializes in property management, customer relations, legal, and accounting.


Our teams
We have several specialized teams to ensure efficient operations: the Property Management & Service Team focuses on leasing, customer relations, and exterior maintenance; the Finance Team oversees invoicing, payments, and quarterly financial reporting; the Legal Team manages tenant contracts and corporate matters; and the Project Management Team ensures building exterior issues are addressed swiftly. In the Netherlands, a dedicated team supports property management, leasing, maintenance, and legal matters to ensure seamless operations across both countries.
Who are our clients?
Our clients are mainly large retail chains in sectors such as home, DIY, fashion, and consumer goods, often leaders in their respective segments. The choice for chain stores offers security, as these companies are nationally and often internationally organized, supported by strong professional structures and marketing that boost the appeal of each individual store. Additionally, these tenants are less affected by local, temporary downturns, such as roadworks, reducing the risk of disrupted rent payments.
