Minutes of the Special General Meeting of 27 March 2026

On Friday 27 March 2026, Retail Estates held a special general meeting of shareholders. The minutes of the general meeting are available on the website page about the general meetings.

At the meeting, the co-optation of Nicolas Beaussillon, CEO of Retail Estates since 1 January 2026, as an executive director was confirmed. His term of office as a director expires after the annual general meeting to be held in 2029.

At the Special General Meeting, a new remuneration policy was also approved which, unlike the previous remuneration policy, includes a long-term bonus plan for the members of the management committee. The new remuneration policy applies from 1 April 2026. It is available on the remuneration policy page on our website.
