Convocation Special General Meeting of 15 September 2026

Today, Retail Estates publishes the invitation to the special general shareholders meeting. The shareholders, bondholders, directors and statutory auditor of Retail Estates are invited to the special general meeting on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 10 am at the registered office of the company (Industrielaan 6, 1740 Ternat).

The convocation of the special general meeting is available on the company’s website.

The agenda includes the appointment of two new directors:

(i) Mr Björn Garat, Head of Finance & Deputy CEO of AB Sagax, a major shareholder of Retail Estates, as a non-executive director, and

(ii) Mr Eric Van Dyck as an independent non-executive director.
