This morning, Retail Estates publishes the invitation to the extraordinary general meeting.

Retail Estates nv invites the shareholders, bondholders, directors and statutory auditor to the extraordinary general meeting on Thursday 23 May 2024 at 11 am at Berquin notarissen, Lloyd Georgelaan 11, 1000 Brussel.

Should the attendance quorum not be reached, a second extraordinary general meeting shall take place at the registered office of the company (1740 Ternat, Industrielaan 6) on Wednesday 12 June 2024 at 11 am.
